Chad S. Sloan, MD, DDS is a fellowship trained and board certified facial cosmetic and reconstructive surgeon and oral and maxillofacial surgeon with advanced training in plastic surgery, facial trauma, and reconstructive surgery. He attended Brigham Young University, followed by dental school (DDS) at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, CA and subsequent medical school (MD) at the University of Nebraska in Omaha, NE. He completed a general surgery internship and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, followed by a fellowship with extensive experience in facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, CO2 laser resurfacing, and complex reconstructive procedures.

Dr. Sloan’s practice blends surgical precision with an artistic, patient-centered approach. His clinical expertise includes facial trauma and reconstruction, orthognathic (jaw surgery), and comprehensive facial plastic and cosmetic procedures, allowing him to address both function and aesthetics at the highest level. He is committed to thoughtful, individualized care and applies modern surgical planning and evidence-based techniques to achieve natural, durable outcomes.

Outside of surgery, Dr. Sloan and his wife are raising three energetic daughters and spend their free time running, playing tennis, skiing, and doing their best to keep up with their girls. He values balance, discipline, and family—principles that shape both his personal life and his approach to patient care.
